Re-entry Restriction in AVAY Group Health Insurance

All members are hereby informed that once a member leaves the AVAY Group Health Insurance scheme or fails to renew the policy within the stipulated time, he/she will not be allowed to re-enter the scheme in the future under any circumstances. If, by any means, such a member is enrolled again, any claim made at any time will be automatically rejected. In such cases, the policy will be blocked and no refund of the premium will be provided. All members are therefore requested to renew their policy within the prescribed time to avoid any future inconvenience.
